RHI Stage – Concert by Janice Pezoa

RHI Stage – Concert by Janice Pezoa

Arte Institute and RHI Initiative present Janice Pezoa at RHI Stage.

Graduated in Popular Piano at State University of Campinas (UNICAMP), the Brazilian pianist Janice Pezoa works as a teacher at the renowned EM&T – Campinas (School of Music and Technology), Conservatory Carlos Gomes and School of Arts at IASP.

She currently presents her newest work, “Nuances” in jazz-trio format, where she develops her own compositions in contemporary jazz language with arrangements developed to the ensemble piano, double bass and drums.

Janice Pezoa mixes in her compositions her strong influences from the classical piano, Brazilian instrumental music and jazz, her passion. Together with the double bass player Paulo Signori and the drummer Pablo Pezoa, she performs a work that results from many musical, rhythmic and harmonic influences, combining jazz improvisation with varied rhythms, especially from the Brazilian cultural universe.

Download the RHI Think application, available at playstore and applestore, to watch the show and to value the artists’ work by paying what you can as a ticket for these free shows. The shows are free but the work of the artists shouldn’t be. Value it!

The show will also be transmited here on our platform, and on Arte Institute and RHI Think facebook pages.
