Meeting of the Portuguese Diaspora Council in the U.S.

The Portuguese Diaspora Council will hold two key meetings in the United States this May.

May 19 – Washington, D.C.
This meeting will include the participation of Portuguese-American Congressman Jim Costa, marking an important moment of political and institutional dialogue with the Portuguese diaspora in the U.S.

May 22 – New York City
Diaspora council members will meet again to continue strategic discussions and strengthen collaboration between Portugal and its global communities.

These meetings highlight the Council’s ongoing commitment to recognising the value of the Portuguese diaspora and its role in Portugal’s international engagement.
