Graça Didier (American Chamber of Commerce in Portugal)
Graça Didier was born in Lisbon, Portugal in 1960.
She studied at Universidade Católica Portuguesa where she graduated in Administração e Gestão de Empresas.
From 1983 until 1988 she worked for a multinational company in the pharmaceutical industry in the area of management of production, stocks and prices.
From 1988 until 2006 she was the CEO of Livraria Barata one of the main chain of bookshops in Portugal.
She was President of APEL -Associação Portuguesa de Editores e Livreiros, from 1999 until 2002, where she continued until 2005 as President of the General Assembly. She was the first and only women President of this organization.
Since 2006 she is Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Portugal.
