NY Portuguese Short Film Festival’25

The NY Portuguese Short Film Festival’25 returns with a special screening at Rutgers University in Newark, following its official premiere in May at Lincoln Center, New York.

Created by the Arte Institute, the festival continues to showcase the best of contemporary Portuguese cinema, bringing international attention to new filmmakers and emerging talent. This special session offers U.S. audiences the opportunity to (re)discover short films that capture the creativity and diversity of Portugal’s cinematic voice.
