Arte Institute and RHI Initiative present “Poetry on the Couch” at RHI Stage.
Poetry On The Couch started with an invitation from Évora’s town hall to participate on the Artes em Casa Festival. It’s a familiar projetc with Zé Peps (Guitar) his companion Florbela Figueiredo (Interptetation) and her son André Neto (Piano).
Both have already played together on the Artes À Rua Festival in 2018 and from that experience Florbela got together, for this event the follow poetry: Utopia (Utopy) from Fernando Namora; Poema em Linha Recta (Straight Line Poem ) from Fernando Pessoa in his heteronym Álvaro de Campos; A Identidade dos Contrários (The Identity of Contraries) in Poesia Toda from Herberto Helder and rewrote the poem from Kathleen O’Mara (19th Century) Pandemic.
André Neto (Piano) makes his debut as a stage musician on this day.
