Dog Sees God, a play written by Bert V. Royal, will receive its New York revival by something from abroad theatre company at the Under St Marks Theatre.

The show focuses on a high school student named CB, played by portuguese actor Angelo Leal, previously seen earlier this year at Theatre Row, in his Off-Broadway debut in “The Land of Cheesecake and Ice Cream”. CB begins to question the existence of an afterlife after his dog dies, which throws him into a journey of self discovery and coming of age.

The production is directed by Martha Lorena Preve and the cast is a celebration of diversity with actors from several countries, such as Mexico, Colombia, USA and Portugal.
