The American Sephardi Federation / Center for Jewish History is hosting the exhibit “Portugal, the Last Hope: Sousa Mendes’ visas for freedom” coauthored by LuiÌsa Pacheco Marques and Margarida Magalhães Ramalho, also the authors of a virtual museum on Sousa Mendes, and of a new museum which will be launched in Portugal in the spring of 2017, “Vilar Formoso – Fronteira da Paz” in the Almeida municipality.
