Camané in Concert
Arte Institute suggests “Camané in Concert” at Zeiterion Performing Arts Center, in New Bedford. The concert will take place March 29 at 8:00 pm.
Camané
Born into a family of musicians and singers, Camane, is the leading male singer in the new generation of stylists in fado. A major star in Portugal, with six platinum albums, including the critically acclaimed smash hit Sempre de Mim, and another to be released in 2014, his success has contributed greatly to the creation of a new golden era of Portuguese music both abroad and in his native land.
